Non abbiamo bisogno di dire tante parole, basta fissare lo sguardo verso di Lui, sicuri che è presente nell’Ostia Sacra e vuole parlare con noi.
Nel silenzio della preghiera contempliamo Gesù, animati dalla stessa fede di quel contadino di Ars, che ogni sera alla stessa ora, seduto in chiesa all’ultimo banco guardava fisso il tabernacolo e, al santo curato che gli chiedeva cosa facesse, rispondeva: “Nulla, signor parroco…io guardo Lui e Lui guarda me”. In questo incrocio di sguardi lasciamo riposare lo spirito per riscoprire il Suo Amore. dg
P.S. Quest’anno siamo costretti a celebrare i tre giorni delle “Quarantore” nella chiesa della marina. La chiesa Madre è ancora chiusa per lavori, ma a breve sarà riaperta al culto.
