verbale n. 13 del 11 gennaio 2012:
Giorno 11 gennaio 2012, alle ore 17.30, nella sala parrocchiale di Acquappesa Marina, si è svolto il Consiglio pastorale in riunione congiunta con i collaboratori. Presiede il parroco, Don Giacomo Minervino. Sono presenti i seguenti membri del Consiglio: Gemmina Brusco, Franco Caruso, Concettina Iozzi, Salvatore Lanza, Assunta Orlando, Raffaella Siciliano, Giovanni Battista Speziale, Monica Varano.
I punti all’ordine del giorno:
- programmazione seconda parte dell’anno pastorale;
- consuntivo ritiro a San Giovanni Rotondo del gruppo dei collaboratori.
Dopo la recita della preghiera il parroco espone le attività svolte e che continueranno con la visita alle famiglie (mercoledì alla Marina e giovedì in Paese) e i centri d’ascolto.
Per una maggiore partecipazione nei centri d’ascolto si suggerisce di migliorare l’informazione e di coinvolgere le famiglie che li ospitano, perché invitino casa per casa i vicini.
Per quanto riguarda la catechesi degli adolescenti si lamenta la poca presenza dei ragazzi che frequentano la Scuola Media: di questo si discuterà con i catechisti nell’ultima settimana di gennaio.
Il parroco informa che domenica 22 gennaio inizierà il corso per le coppie dei fidanzati, che si terrà a Guardia Marina alle ore 18.30.
Si passa a discutere sui giovani il cui gruppo manca di unità e di entusiasmo, ma si riconosce che nonostante tutto è stato raggiunto un certo risultato positivo e questo deve essere motivo d’incoraggiamento nel continuare a coinvolgerli. L’esperienza del presepe vivente ha portato in tutti un po’ di entusiasmo. Domenica 22 gennaio alle ore 17.30 riprenderanno gli incontri settimanali.
La parrocchia si sta attivando nel coinvolgere anche le famiglie sul tema “giovani”: lunedì 23 gennaio alle ore 18.00 è previsto un incontro con gli animatori e ne seguirà un altro con genitori e figli, in data da stabilirsi.
Riguardo all’attività parrocchiale si rileva che occorre un maggior coordinamento. Per facilitare i collaboratori a responsabilizzarsi, il gruppo deve coordinarsi anche senza la presenza del parroco.
Si passa al secondo punto all’ordine del giorno e il parroco fa un consuntivo sul ritiro del dicembre scorso a San Giovanni Rotondo. Dall’esame del questionario distribuito ai collaboratori in quell’occasione si rileva un certo disagio nel gruppo, dovuto a mancanza di coordinamento e informazione. Tante incomprensioni e a volte silenzi tra i collaboratori aumentano tale disagio.
Il parroco raccomanda d’essere avvertito quando ci sono dei disagi, ricorda che tutti possiamo sbagliare ed è quindi necessario parlare, chiarirsi, avere pazienza, e soprattutto far rimanere all’interno tutto ciò che accade nel gruppo ed evitare inutili polemiche. Ai responsabili dei vari gruppi di lavoro raccomanda di controllare eventuali scontri, che potrebbero ostacolare la crescita del gruppo; invita inoltre a valorizzare adeguatamente ogni singolo collaboratore, in modo tale che nessuno si senta estraneo ma parte attiva.
La preghiera – conclude – deve diventare l’anima insostituibile che aiuti il gruppo a ritrovare la comunione e la serenità.
Il prossimo incontro di preghiera con i collaboratori viene programmato per sabato 28 gennaio alle ore 18.45.
