Si trascrive il programma pastorale per l’anno 2009/10 discusso e approvato nel consiglio pastorale del 1 ottobre 2009, alla presenza di tutti i collaboratori della parrocchia:
a- EVANGELIZZAZIONE
1- itinerario di formazione per l’iniziazione cristiana: tappe e date vengono concordate con i catechisti, dopo aver sentito il parere dei genitori;
2- itinerario di formazione per adolescenti – giovani: incontro con il parroco ogni venerdì alle ore 18.30 nella sala parrocchiale della marina;
3- itinerario di formazione per fidanzati: inizio da gennaio 2010 a Guardia P.se, organizzato dall’unità pastorale (UP);
4- itinerario di formazione alla cresima per giovani e adulti: inizio del corso da gennaio;
5- Incontri mensili separati con i genitori dei ragazzi dei tre gruppi di iniziazione cristiana;
6- È prevista la visita del parroco alle famiglie degli ammalati – giovani coppie – famiglie in situazione di disagio – famiglie lontane dalla vita della comunità;
7- itinerario di formazione per adulti: catechesi di mons. Ermanno Raimondo sull’anno sacerdotale ogni giovedì dal 29 ottobre ad Acquappesa, organizzate dall’unità pastorale (UP).
b- LITURGIA
1- preparazione dei canti (scegliere un giorno) dei lettori, riorganizzazione del gruppo liturgico; formare un gruppo di chierichetti (ragazzi del gruppo Eucaristia e del gruppo della confermazione – mistagogia)
2- Anno sacerdotale:
a- Adorazione Eucaristica per le vocazioni alla vita religiosa (in paese di martedì e alla marina di mercoledì, ogni quindici giorni);
b- Adorazione mensile per i collaboratori e agape fraterna: ultimo martedì del mese;
c- Disponibilità settimanale del parroco per le confessioni: lunedì alla marina ore 16.00 – 17.00; martedì in paese ore 15.30 – 16.30; Ultimo lunedì del mese alla marina (a mesi alterni) confessioni con la presenza di almeno un altro sacerdote; ultimo martedì del mese (a mesi alterni) confessioni in paese con la presenza di almeno un altro sacerdote;
3- Liturgie penitenziali nei periodi forti dell’anno liturgico (UP);
4- Programmare: giorno dei morti; animazione delle novene; avvento di carità (in collaborazione con il volontariato); festa della famiglia.
5- le novene di dicembre vengono alternate tra marina e paese: novena dell’Immacolata alla marina, novena di Natale al paese, in modo da prepararle con maggiore cura e più dignitosamente.
c- CARITA’
1- Riorganizzare il gruppo del volontariato per la visita agli ammalati e alle persone sole;
2- chiedere un incontro con l’amministrazione comunale per discutere e trovare qualche soluzione alle tante situazioni di emergenza presenti nella comunità;
3- incontro-verifica mensile con il gruppo caritas e volontariato;
d- MOMENTI DI AGGREGAZIONE
1- iniziative per i giovani (tornei – attività fisiche – teatro: contattare volontari e coinvolgere gli stessi giovani);
2- giochi e momenti ricreativi per i ragazzi del catechismo con il coinvolgimento dei giovani e le famiglie nell’animazione;
3- seconda edizione premio “un angelo tra noi”. All’attenzione dei ragazzi di scuola media una breve biografia del santo curato d’Ars. La breve relazione che faranno a fine lettura sarà esaminata da una commissione; allestimento di un lavoro teatrale con i ragazzi del catechismo per la serata dedicata al premio;
4- formazione di una redazione per continuare la pubblicazione del giornalino parrocchiale “Il Mosaico”, chiedendo la collaborazione e il coinvolgimento dei ragazzi e dei giovani nella discussione di alcuni temi proposti sul forum del sito parrocchiale.
5- Oratorio e apertura della sala, con l’aiuto dei volontari e dei giovani; proiezione di un film ogni settimana (sabato o domenica)
